This illustration was created for a brochure on Data Mining services. The services involve a review an organization's records to see if there are any areas of concern.
The illustration shows a medical building with a conveyor belt churning out data in various formats (folders, tapes, discs, etc.) past a group of figures. The goal is to convey a sense of the amounts and types of information an organization produces and the number of people who see that information during its life cycle.
A pencil sketch was scanned and used as a guide to create the final illustration in Illustrator.
