ParenteBeard revamped their client communication emails in 2013. The update to the process included new software for managing and sending the emails using the firm CRM system as well as a new design for both the client e-alerts (featuring firm news and industry updates) and invitations to firm events.
The software made use of a template to create the emails that provided a number of 'snippets' to choose from - elements that could be used in the email such as the copy, sidebar information, images, etc. The redesign of the email layouts required creating a template that worked with the software to be modular and allow for different uses and future additions.
The two types of communications were designed to have a consistent look while applying the colors differently to separate e-alerts from invitations. The software also allowed for custom HTML and CSS in the snippets for further specific design is needed.
